Marton Mills is a traditional family owned and managed weaving mill steeped in heritage and driven by innovative design. Established in 1931 in the heart of West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, Marton Mills produces premium fabrics for a range of end uses. Stock supporting compositions from pure wools, wool blends to synthetics in an extensive range of designs including plains, checks, stipes, tartans and tweeds with no minimum order quantity. 

Marton Mills provides an integrated service; many processes are managed in-house, ensuring continuity of supply and service. They provide flexibility in production, from bespoke short runs, to bulk supply in a variety of compositions and designs. The company continues to invest in new machinery and technology, recently acquiring new Dornier looms from Lindauer, Germany, and Picanol looms from Belgium. Marton Mills’ in-house design team have a versatile skill-set and work with a weaving software called ‘Penelope’, which creates hyper realistic fabric simulations, reducing the need for sample productions, and accelerates the decision-making process.
